Fastcharge.me is expanding into the Midwest with a new next-generation fueling and EV charging destination in West Chester, strategically located near the I-75 corridor in the greater Cincinnati region.
Designed as a modern transportation and convenience hub, the project will combine high-speed EV charging with a newly developed retail and hospitality experience tailored for both regional travelers and local commuters.
The initial phase of the project will include:
• 2 distributed 480 kW DC fast charging systems
• 4 charging ports per system
• Capacity to charge up to 8 vehicles simultaneously
• Intelligent power-sharing and scalable charging infrastructure
• High-speed charging optimized for interstate and commuter traffic
This integrated approach is designed to create a comfortable and convenient charging experience while supporting modern travel and customer dwell needs. The development will also feature a newly constructed approximately 900-square-foot retail facility that will include:
• A coffee shop
• An ice cream parlor
• A sandwich shop
The facility is owned and developed by M&R Investment Group.
Installation, infrastructure deployment, and ongoing maintenance services for the charging systems will be managed by Hightower EV, supporting long-term operational reliability and performance.
Fastcharge.me, M&R Investment Group, and Hightower EV are also actively evaluating three additional charging and fueling locations within the same West Chester and greater Cincinnati corridor as part of a coordinated regional expansion strategy.
